以“回顾过去，展望未来：庆祝欧洲百年风景园林教育”为主题的2019年欧洲风景园林学校理事会与欧洲风景园林教育联盟的联合会议，在挪威生命科学大学隆重召开。9月18日-9月20日，由国际风景园林师联合会和挪威风景园林师学会主办的第56届国际风景园林师联合会于挪威奥斯陆会议中心正式召开。本次ifla大会的主题是“共同的基础”，来自世界各地的参会者多达1400余人。华南理工大学建筑学院风景园林系林广思老师及数名研究生参与两次大会，分别进行学术报告及壁报展示。
林广思老师在欧洲风景园林学校理事会与欧洲风景园林教育联盟的联合会议分会场——“pedagogic methods；design thinking”，作题为“a topological composition method in landscape design pedagogy”的学术报告，并与与会博士生导师讨论风景园林博士教育。博士生周兆森，硕士生李悦于会议的“博士生论坛”分别以“the equityin the use of green spaces”、“health behavior：insideand outside”为主题作壁报展示。

同期，硕士生蔡珂依参与了由奥斯陆建筑与设计学院承办，视觉艺术家kurt johannessen指导的ifla oslo studentcharrette，采用表演的形式展现“物体和自我对话”。

博士生陈梦芸在国际风景园林师联合会分会场——“sustainableaesthetics”，作题为“urbanagricultural heritage: exploring urban agriculture transformation in east asianrapid urbanization areas fromthe perspective of heritage activation”的学术报告。同时，博士生白芮，硕士生蔡珂依、李悦、葛小银分别进行壁报展示。
